Purpose and Background

I used to like the Web a lot more. Not only do I seek out ways to expore the Web We Lost (but is still hiding in plain sight), but I also want to contribute to it, and Neocities is one of those ways. My plan for now is to use this site as a way to help other find and develop Slow Web sites and technologies.
